For the mass production of conventional building materials usually proven and low-cost technologies are available. LAEIS offers technologies for special high-quality products, which can not be produced with conventional technology or only in insufficient quality. Thus together with one of our customers a plant was realized for the manufacturing of large sized cement-bonded floor elements with circumferential notch for fast dry laying. Furthermore, partial or complete plants are offered for the production of sand-lime bricks.
For the production of clay roofing tiles LAEIS developed its own „dry pressing technology“, which favourably allows to make use also of inferior clay qualities and to reduce the overall energy consumption during production of roofing tiles. Together with our group partners complete plants are offered to make optimal use of the advantages of this technology. |
