Our supply for the production of building materials covers only some selected areas. Amongst others, we supply machines and plant segments for the production of sand-lime bricks and fly ash bricks. Together with our customers we developed and are still developing new technologies, e.g. for the production of large sized cement bonded floor elements for dry laying, multi-layer wall elements with climate regulating function and most notably clay bonded products. Especially for this purpose a "dry pressing" technology for roofing tiles has been developed which works with much lower moisture than the conventional extrusion technology and which allows, due to the dry preparation of the raw clay, to make use also of inferior clays with less plasticity, which can not be used in an extrusion line. Modifications of this technology are used also for the production of clinker and other clay based building materials.
Together with our group partners we offer complete lines which make use of all advantages of this technology.
